There is no word to describe how amazing the seamstress and her daughter are. On top of altering my dress beyond my expectations, the customer service was on point. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to meet the ladies. It is not just an alteration boutique. I felt so welcome and they were able to recreate the dress of my dream in two weeks! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ladies. I will never forget this experience.

I could not recommend Thread and Needle anymore! This mother daughter is so sweet and helpful. I had a great experience at each of my appointments. My wedding dress turned out absolutely perfect! I will with out a doubt be going back next time I need anything altered.

Lovely little shop run by a mother and daughter duo. They are extremely sweet and will try to work with any schedule, they've even stayed open to bit later to help accommodate me. I had a full lace dress and they were able to tailor it perfectly. Amazing work and wonderful people!

I can not say enough amazing things about my experience getting both of my dresses altered here! I've been in the wedding dress industry for over six years now and I can tell you that if you're reading this review, you might as well stop here and book your appointment. Using Thread and Needle alterations will be the best choice you make to look perfect on your wedding day. Norby and Khecnna truly love what they do, and they are the best in the business. My dress ran late, days before my wedding, and they not only accommodated me on my short time frame but they made the dresses fit better than I could have ever imagined! When I saw how they looked, I really felt like a bride in that moment and never looked more beautiful in a dress before. They transformed the fit of the top and it was better than I could have ever expected. It was because of their expert work and dedication. They care about each bride happy and I can not thank them enough for how beautiful my dresses fit, and how special they made me feel!

Norby is SO sweet and accommodating, you can tell she has years of experience in this industry. She did not only take care of my wedding dress, but also my mother's honor, mother-in-law's, and grandmother-in-law's dresses! The dress fit like a glove on the wedding day, thank you Norby !!!

These ladies are the best! So easy to walk to with and the made my dress perfect! Their veils are also nice and way cheaper and prettier than anything you'll find at bridal store!

Thread & Needle did an amazing job on my daughter's baptism dress. My daughter couldn't find anything she really liked, but Norby made a sketch and my daughter loved it. I recommend Thread & Needle for the smallest alteration to the designing the dream dress!

I cannot say enough good things about these ladies!!! They altered my wedding dress, and I am so glad I trusted them with the alterations. Throughout the whole process they were so accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable. I really feel that I'm walking away from my wedding dress experience with two friends. It makes such a difference working with ladies who love their job! Their facility is also extremely clean, chic, and in a convenient location. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in Winter Park/Orlando/Florida/United States. :)
